You can help gain support for increased funding for MS research. The best chance of securing increased funds is to achieve veto-proof votes for the conference report in both the House and the Senate. We understand that the House intends to vote on the conference report later today.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; * Click here for your Representative's phone number.&lt;br /&gt; * Click here for your Senators' phone numbers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Call and ask for their support of H.R. 3043 and a 3.1 percent increase for NIH in the Labor-HHS conference report. This bill includes important funding increases for NIH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Social Security Administration. It also will be a critical source of funding for multiple sclerosis research.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Senate and House Conferees Agree on Labor-HHS Bill&lt;br /&gt;In a victory for medical research, a conference committee of House and Senate members on November 1 approved $29.7 billion for NIH (the leading source of research funding for MS) for FY 2008. That is an increase of $1.1 billion (or 3.1%) over the FY 2007 level. The Labor-HHS appropriation bill added $100 million to the NIH budget beyond what the Senate passed on October 23. This is major progress considering the President had proposed cuts to NIH funding. Thank you. MS activists have been taking action and encouraging support from your legislators on this issue from the beginning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Funding for SSA&lt;br /&gt;Overall, the Labor-HHS appropriation bill provides $150.7 billion in discretionary spending for education, health, labor and other agencies, such as SSA. Many disability advocacy groups have been working to address the problems associated with the backlog of disability claims and appeals at SSA. Those claims must be approved prior to receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) cash benefits. Many people living with MS are eligible for SSDI and have endured the arduous process. To help alleviate this backlog, negotiators provided a $576 million increase (or 6.2%) for administrative costs to SSA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stem Cell Language Removed&lt;br /&gt;The Senate Labor-HHS bill originally included language that would have expanded funding for embryonic stem cell research. However, Senators Tom Harkin (IA) and Arlen Specter (PA) removed this language in an effort to compromise. The Senate passed their bill on October 23 by a vote of 75 - 19, which is enough to override a presidential veto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Future of the Labor-HHS Bill&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now that the Senate and House worked out their differences, the Labor-HHS conference report goes back to each chamber for approval. In addition to the funding increases, the conference report packaged the Labor-HHS appropriations bill (H.R. 3043) with the Military Construction-Veterans Affairs appropriations bill (H.R. 2642) to make one large spending bill. This new bill is what the House and Senate will be voting on, and if it passes both chambers, it will be sent to the President. Click above to take action.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The future of this combined spending bill is uncertain. President Bush maintains that he will veto any spending bill that allocates more than he requested back in February. To override his veto, the Senate and the House must both pass the conference report with a veto-proof majority. It is anticipated that the bill will be put before the President on Veterans Day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Follow On Biologics on Hold Until 2008&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Talk Story with Kimberly!&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/14497694-2875046640969336241?l=kselden.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='related' href='http://msactivist.blogspot.com' title=''/><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/feeds/2875046640969336241/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=14497694&amp;postID=2875046640969336241&amp;isPopup=true' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/2875046640969336241'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/2875046640969336241'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/2007/11/breaking-news-on-nih-ms-research.html' title=''/><author><name>Hawaii Helps Disabilities</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/03072547618928113140</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='33' height='10' src='http://bp3.blogger.com/_WPok54DlrYo/SAavbX_m2WI/AAAAAAAAAFs/GsILOA_x2HY/S220/CmsSociety_logo.jpg'/></author><thr:total>0</thr:total></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14497694.post-5217946393042888447</id><published>2007-10-26T14:03:00.000-10:00</published><updated>2007-10-26T14:25:34.292-10:00</updated><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='multiple sclorosis'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='national ms society'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='health'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='ms'/><title type='text'>A Cry for help</title><content type='html'>&lt;tbody&gt;&lt;tr&gt; &lt;td&gt; &lt;div id="byebye" style="width: 200px;"&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;a href="http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&amp;amp;friendid=38607188"&gt;&lt;img src="http://a628.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/11/s_e3a1d32cc3c69874eccbab1042f424c3.jpg" alt="emily" class="profileimagelink" onerror="UseNoPicImage(this)" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;a href="http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&amp;amp;friendid=38607188"&gt;emily&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;p id="url"&gt; myspace.com/emilyisinlove7&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/td&gt; &lt;/tr&gt; &lt;tr&gt; &lt;td&gt; &lt;span class="left"&gt; Oct 21, 2007 7:48 PM&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="right messageMediumFont"&gt; 9:48:00 PM&lt;br /&gt;Body:&lt;br /&gt;hi i found you on faces of ms.org&lt;br /&gt;im 23 year old female who believes i have ms&lt;br /&gt;i had to quit my job as a cna because of my dizziness and fatigue&lt;br /&gt;i went to the neurologist last year and had an mri&lt;br /&gt;it came back that i had a lesion on my brain&lt;br /&gt;i had a spinal tap done and they told me they couldnt diagnois me at the moment right now i lost my job so i currently have no insurance i have severe numbness and tinglind in my hands and feet and it interferes with my daily activitys&lt;br /&gt;i have delt with chronic fatigue and loss of energy for 2 years now&lt;br /&gt;what are your symptoms and what do you think i should do ? How does your calcium supplement measure up? Find out in this issue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Up until now, the usual calcium question had been: "How can we make this substance better tolerated and absorbed by the body?" Dr. Peter D'Adamo asked a better question: "Can we find another source of natural calcium not only friendly to all blood types, but also one that the body can utilize readily and with greater efficiency?"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dr. D'Adamo found that ideal calcium source, a small red seaweed found only in the isolated areas off the coast of Northwest Ireland. Why can't Apple have rules too? My cell phone company has it's rules and restrictions that allow me to do and only do what they have made available through their services. Any successful business has it's 'terms &amp;amp; conditions' (Oh, is this that bad word CONTROL?) we sign off on those 'terms &amp;amp; conditions'. hmmmm?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To consumers who have complained about the iPhone or any other Apple product. I guess that you are the ones that are never happy with anything and are always complaining about everything, unless it suites YOUR needs. What about everyone else's needs? Idiotic and selfish! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been a Mac user for many years and have gone through all sorts of changes with the company, and guess what? I am still a Mac user. If your a true Mac user you would appreciate the steps that Apple is taking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They have developed a cell phone that is changing the industry worldwide (remember the iPod? yep... people complained that they could only use iTunes). BE PATIENT PEOPLE, WAIT FOR THE REST OF THE INDUSTRY TO CATCH UP! Consumers&lt;br /&gt;can use Web-based services, CD-ROMs and simple paper-products designed to&lt;br /&gt;hold critical data that can be easily accessed or carried, said Steven M.&lt;br /&gt;Hacker, M.D., founder and CEO of PassportMD Inc., a leader in&lt;br /&gt;consumer-managed healthcare products.&lt;br /&gt;"It's a twist George Orwell couldn't have imagined -- that some 'big&lt;br /&gt;brother' computer chip injected under the skin may jeopardize your health,"&lt;br /&gt;Hacker said. "Products like PassportMD provide a safe, secure and&lt;br /&gt;non-invasive alternative. It's free and the information is immediately&lt;br /&gt;accessible without access to a phone or Internet connection."&lt;br /&gt;Glass-encapsulated RFID transponders from companies like VeriChip are&lt;br /&gt;implanted under the skin. A special scanner must be used to reveal a&lt;br /&gt;16-digit code that's then entered into a Web database to retrieve the&lt;br /&gt;patient's medical information. Earlier this month, it was reported that&lt;br /&gt;some lab animals implanted with chips developed cancer and sarcoma. Other&lt;br /&gt;possible adverse effects include tissue reactions, migration of the&lt;br /&gt;implanted chip, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) incompatibility,&lt;br /&gt;electrical hazards, infection and even compromised information security.&lt;br /&gt;Already used to identify lost pets, some 2,000 people worldwide have RFID&lt;br /&gt;chips implanted for PHR applications.&lt;br /&gt;Products like PassportMD.com provide safe and secure access to patient&lt;br /&gt;records. Subscribers can create a free personal health record by following&lt;br /&gt;a simple, 10-step tutorial. The PHR can be printed on a wallet-sized card&lt;br /&gt;or can be accessed anytime through a password-protected Website. Unlike&lt;br /&gt;chip-based solutions, PassportMD allows subscribers to store, access and&lt;br /&gt;print living wills or advance medical directives. By upgrading to the&lt;br /&gt;premium service, subscribers can use PassportMD's unique "Doctors Notes on&lt;br /&gt;Demand" service that lets consumers easily request, receive, store, print&lt;br /&gt;and access their doctors chart notes.&lt;br /&gt;"Life-saving access to personal health records should be the solution&lt;br /&gt;to a medical problem -- not the cause of one," said Mitch Bernatsky,&lt;br /&gt;President of PassportMD, Inc.&lt;br /&gt;ABOUT PASSPORTMD:&lt;br /&gt;PassportMD creates unique consumer managed healthcare tools to enable&lt;br /&gt;better management and communication of their health with their providers.&lt;br /&gt;For more information, visit &lt;a target="_new" href="http://www.passportmd.com/"&gt;http://www.PassportMD.com/&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;!-- begin SiteCatalyst code version: H.4. --&gt;&lt;/pre&gt;&lt;table style="font-family: arial;" width="649"&gt;&lt;script language="JavaScript"&gt; s.server=server() s.channel="News Release" s.pageName="RFID Implant Cancer Questions Concern Patients" s.prop2="104" s.prop3="09-18-2007" s.prop4="" s.prop5="" /************* DO NOT ALTER ANYTHING BELOW THIS LINE ! **************/ var s_code=s.t();if(s_code)document.write(s_code); //--&gt;&lt;/script&gt;&lt;!-- End SiteCatalyst code version: H.4. --&gt;&lt;/table&gt; &lt;!--Prn.com 1.5: Added Bottom link icon and text field --&gt;&lt;!--Prn.com 1.5: Bottom link icon and text field ends here--&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Talk Story with Kimberly!&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/14497694-5059894336641816999?l=kselden.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='related' href='http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories.pl?ACCT=109&amp;STORY=/www/story/09-18-2007/0004664498&amp;EDATE=' title='RFID Implant Cancer Questions Concern Patients'/><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/feeds/5059894336641816999/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=14497694&amp;postID=5059894336641816999&amp;isPopup=true' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/5059894336641816999'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/5059894336641816999'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/2007/09/rfid-implant-cancer-questions-concern.html' title='RFID Implant Cancer Questions Concern Patients'/><author><name>Hawaii Helps Disabilities</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/03072547618928113140</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='33' height='10' src='http://bp3.blogger.com/_WPok54DlrYo/SAavbX_m2WI/AAAAAAAAAFs/GsILOA_x2HY/S220/CmsSociety_logo.jpg'/></author><thr:total>0</thr:total></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14497694.post-4157391689555764720</id><published>2007-09-03T16:00:00.000-10:00</published><updated>2007-09-03T16:00:56.467-10:00</updated><title type='text'>weather 96789 - I can't believe it... the last time I wrote in my blog was the day that I had started my women's bible study.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can truelly say that it has been an amazing journey. I have really enjoyed the writings of Joanna Weaver. She writes just how it is, no wordy stuff that makes it boring. Wow! is all I can say.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I really did not know the two women in the bible named Martha and Mary. That they were sisters and that Lazarus who I have heard pastors talk about was their brother. Now I have a connection, "that's pretty cool". In the beginning I thought Martha was a selfish person, only focusing on how things looked, how she could present her home, people telling her how good the food she cooked was. That she did all the work and how come it seemed that nobody helped her (she had a bunch of servents, but she did not seem to notice) because remember it was all about her. Well, I was WRONG! She really did love the Lord with all her heart, service and devotion was was her way of worshiping the Lord. Mary sat at the Lords feet and poured her expensive perfume on his feet and then wiped it with her hair. This was Mary's way of service and devotion to the Lord.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I learned just as Joanna Weaver did, that they can become one. She stated in her book:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; "Then, several weeks later, as I drove toward the hospital to visit one of our ailing church members, I found myself wondering, Is this visit a Martha thing or a Mary thing? I'd been asking the same question about writing this book. "All the work I'm putting in, all the writing and rewriting - is this Martha duty or Mary devotion? I wasn't certian.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Suddenly as I drove along, in the midst of my mental eenie-meenie-miney-mo, I realized it was both! Visiting the hospital was doing the Martha Mary-ly. Writing about intimacy with God was Mary doing the Martha faithfully. In my once-divided heart, the two had become one. I no longer had to worry about my motives, whether I was acting out of duty or devotion. God had knocked down the wall and made the Living Room and Kitchen all one. "It's both! I cried, thumping the steering wheel, a huge smile on my face. "It's both."&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Talk Story with Kimberly!&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/14497694-114411853185469267?l=kselden.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/feeds/114411853185469267/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=14497694&amp;postID=114411853185469267&amp;isPopup=true' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/114411853185469267'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/114411853185469267'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/2006/04/ive-completed-having-mary-heart-in.html' title='I&apos;ve completed, &quot;Having a Mary heart in a Martha world&quot;'/><author><name>Hawaii Helps Disabilities</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/03072547618928113140</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='33' height='10' src='http://bp3.blogger.com/_WPok54DlrYo/SAavbX_m2WI/AAAAAAAAAFs/GsILOA_x2HY/S220/CmsSociety_logo.jpg'/></author><thr:total>0</thr:total></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14497694.post-113823951295081532</id><published>2006-01-25T15:01:00.000-10:00</published><updated>2006-01-25T15:38:32.966-10:00</updated><title type='text'>Having a Mary heart in a Martha world!</title><content type='html'>&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/918/1314/1600/33570020.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/918/1314/400/33570020.jpg" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm back home from my journey with my mom. She is going to beat this - Now only if my mother in-law will have the same results. She is a strong lady and &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;I &lt;/span&gt;need to remember to pray for her each day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have joined a new womens bible study held each week on Tues mornings very early. The books name is "Having a Mary heart in a Martha world". I am going to write my notes in my journal and on my blog because I feel this will be an amazing journey that I am starting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First off, let me give you the verses were it talks about Martha and Mary in the bible. You can look up the verses by going to the link "NIV Bible" on the right side on my blog. Cut and paste these verses if you want to read them. Luke 10:38-42, John 11:1-44 and John 12:1-11.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now I will begin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can totally identify with Martha and I wish and want to be more like Mary. It makes me sad that I am more like Martha because I long to grow in my walk with the Lord. I get so stressed out with planning and trying to make things perfect all the time. I'ts exausting! I long not to be like that anymore.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think that we worry to much about earthly things - I want my focus to be on my quit time with the Lord &amp; trusting in Him that what needs to get done, will be done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mary's way teaches me that when I feel the call of the Lord I should listen so I can be closer to Him. This is so much more important! Serving does not have to mean physically doing something, I believe serving can also be listening to my Lord, worshiping Him and being in prayer so that I can be closer to Him. Being a Martha is OK, it's just learning I mean teaching my heart to think more like Mary &amp;amp; still be Martha.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Talk Story with Kimberly!&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/14497694-113823951295081532?l=kselden.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/feeds/113823951295081532/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=14497694&amp;postID=113823951295081532&amp;isPopup=true' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/113823951295081532'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/113823951295081532'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/2006/01/having-mary-heart-in-martha-world.html' title='Having a Mary heart in a Martha world!'/><author><name>Hawaii Helps Disabilities</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/03072547618928113140</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='33' height='10' src='http://bp3.blogger.com/_WPok54DlrYo/SAavbX_m2WI/AAAAAAAAAFs/GsILOA_x2HY/S220/CmsSociety_logo.jpg'/></author><thr:total>0</thr:total></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14497694.post-113705804069905329</id><published>2006-01-11T23:13:00.001-10:00</published><updated>2008-05-24T10:00:17.169-10:00</updated><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='packages'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='vacation'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='school'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='northshore'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='Hawaii'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='summer'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='private'/><title type='text'>Help Save Sunset Beach Christian School, North Shore Hawaii</title><content type='html'>&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/918/1314/1600/07970004.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/918/1314/320/07970004.jpg" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It has come to my attention that the Sunset Beach Elementary School is going to close its doors for good in 6 months or so if they don't get help financially to update their facilities. You alone have the words that give eternal life’" (John 6:68, NLT).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wherever Jesus went, a crowd followed. Some followed in hopes of being healed; some followed to hear His teachings; and some followed because they were looking for personal gain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But when it became clear that following the teachings of Jesus would mean suffering, and even death, many gave up. At this point Jesus asked the Twelve if they would also leave.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;-ks &lt;/span&gt;(written by me...)&lt;br /&gt;When someone says, "that you will receive eternal life and that you can only receive eternal life is through Jesus Christ," people just take it as being a religious freak. But that's not the case at all... facts are facts, even the scientist say fact are facts, how can you deny them... good question? it sounds a little familiar!... it does not even sound bad, it sounds great! I can have eternal life! wow... Satan has the world so masked that simple words Jesus said about eternal life gets covered over by all the thoughts and things of this world. A world that Satan has his hand in. One thing people strive forever to have is that they don't die and that they can live forever. Well, hello people! You can have eternal life, live forever if you would just wake-up and stop being so controlled everyday by Satan. I know that no one wants to hear that they are being controlled Satan... Well, I believe we have a choice, and I mean every-time we make a choice it comes from the brain or the heart. It's that battle between the brain and the heart... pretty much sucks, but that's what going on. You want it and you want it now, no matter what it takes. This is being controlled by Satan. You want it really bad, but you stop and think about it, you pray about it and you wait to see if your desire changes. If it does or if something else wonderful happens, like receiving what ever it is that you want as a gift. That is God's timing! Not your timing... aka satan timing.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Talk Story with Kimberly!&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/14497694-113497576485092664?l=kselden.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/feeds/113497576485092664/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=14497694&amp;postID=113497576485092664&amp;isPopup=true' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/113497576485092664'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/113497576485092664'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/2005/12/whose-timing-is-it-anyway.html' title='Whose timing is it anyway?'/><author><name>Hawaii Helps Disabilities</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/03072547618928113140</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='33' height='10' src='http://bp3.blogger.com/_WPok54DlrYo/SAavbX_m2WI/AAAAAAAAAFs/GsILOA_x2HY/S220/CmsSociety_logo.jpg'/></author><thr:total>0</thr:total></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14497694.post-113480885781677565</id><published>2005-12-16T22:29:00.000-10:00</published><updated>2005-12-30T04:08:49.923-10:00</updated><title type='text'>Where am I? This past summer she was diagnosed with stage 3 Breast Cancer. Her spirits are being kept high through her faith, God has been giving her the strength to get through this stage in her life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;October 1st, my friend (little sister) Kimberly got married and I was her matron of honor. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;(a picture of me at the wedding on the right)&lt;/span&gt; After the wedding on 10/3 I flew up here to Modesto from San Diego. Oddly enough, Stewarts mom has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer also. So the next morning after we had arrived in San Diego Stewart took a quick flight to Phoenix to see his mother. I'm glad that he had a chance to do that, we had not seen her since we moved to Hawaii. She's doing really well which is such a huge blessing.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Talk Story with Kimberly!&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/14497694-113480885781677565?l=kselden.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/feeds/113480885781677565/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=14497694&amp;postID=113480885781677565&amp;isPopup=true' title='1 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/113480885781677565'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/14497694/posts/default/113480885781677565'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://kselden.blogspot.com/2005/12/where-am-i-here-i-am.html' title='Where am I?
